Geoffrey Kiwanuka S is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Kampala International University (KIU). Prior to that, he was the Head of Department/Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Management in the School of Business & Management at Kampala University (2006-2015). 

Geoffrey holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and Environment. He is also trained in Pedagogical skills in E-learning, teaching and evaluation, Enhanced Basic Principles of Decentralizations, Innovation systems and Cluster Program, and has been a Participant on Climate Change Congress at the 2009 African Initiative Congress on Climate Change at Munyonyo Commonwealth Conference Center, Kampala under the Theme: ‘The scope of the Climate Change Challenge’. 

He is self-motivated and resourceful with proven planning, organizational and administrative skills. He is also eager to learn, an enthusiastic team player, and is equally effective working independently. Geoffrey enjoys all sports particularly football and running, and loves to travel and experience different cultures and natural environment in his free time.
