KEGOYE ERIC SIMIDI is the Human Anatomy Laboratory Instructor at Kampala International University (KIU) to the classes of Human anatomy, Histology, and a Teaching Assistant to Diploma students in Clinical Medicine, Nursing and Medical laboratory.
Eric is currently pursuing a Masters Degree from Kampala International University. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Anatomy and a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health from the same institution. He also holds a Certificate in Resuscitation and Sick New Born Care from Mbarara University Teaching Hospital, a Certificate in Integrated Management of childhood Illness from the Fort portal Regional Referral Hospital, and a Certificate in Red Cross Society from KIU.
His responsibilities at KIU as a laboratory instructor include dissection during lab practicals, embalming, carrying out teaching, examining and offering support supervision in respective disciplines, participating in community field visits, carrying out needs assessment and educating people in the community on health related issues, reporting and advising the management on health related issues and field work, and diagnosis and treatment of patients.
