Ogbonna Justina, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer in Information Technology Department at the School of Mathematics and Computing. She is on secondment in Uganda through the Technical Aid Corps Scheme of Federal Government of Nigeria.
She has a PhD from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, a Master of Library and Information Science from Imo State University Owerri and a Bachelors of Science in Education / Library Studies from Abia State University, Uturu. Her areas of specialization are School Librarianship, Library Administration and Routines, Introduction to Library Science and Automation.
In addition, she has published in the Library Philosophy and Practice (e-journal) as well as co- authored a book titled Principles of Library and Information Science. Her research interests include School Library, Information Literacy, Public Library Development and Reading Development.
With all the expertise and experience she has amassed in the field of Information Technology, she is in the right position to impart knowledge, train and shape the minds of current and future generations at Kampala International University where we keep exploring the heights!
