ACHEN SHARON is an employee at Kampala International University. She has a one year work experience from Uganda Road Fund where she trained as a Records intern in Procurement and Disposal Unit Department.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Records and Archives Management (BRAM) from Makerere University. She also obtained her UACE from Progressive Secondary School Kitintale, and her UCE from Baptist High School Kitebi.

She attended a training in Labour Based Routine Maintenance under Uganda National Roads Authority in January 2011 at Ngai Sub-county Hall in Gulli district. She also underwent internship training at the Ministry of Agriculture. Animal Industry and Fisheries for a period of two months in 2015, and was attached to the Agricultural Resource Centre under the supervision of the Principlal information Scientist. She was later shifted to the Records Centre under the supervision of the Records officer.

Sharon is currently undergoing training at Uoancla Road Fund, Twed Towers in Nakasero where she is attached to the Procurement and Disposal Unit Department (PDU) under the supervision of Head Procurement and Disposal Unit.
