MPAKA PETER AYAMBA is currently a Lecturer at Kampala International University- Teaching Hospital.
He holds a Certificate of Implementation Research in Infectious diseases of poverty from the University of Ghana, a Masters of Medical Laboratory Sciences from Mbarara University of Science and Technology, a Bachelors of Medical Laboratory Sciences from Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
Peter has over eight years’ experience in teaching undergraduate students (Medical Sociology, Research methods, Environmental Health and Clinical chemistry) at the School of Allied Health Sciences at the Kampala International University-Western Campus (KIU-WC). He has written an article on severe preeclampsia and eclampsia, Derangement of blood markers and their role in management at Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital Journal. He has also co-authored an article on the Efforts to improve biorisk management practices in public health facilities in Uganda, and another on Understanding the challenges in the viral load sample referral system in Uganda yet to be published in the International Journal of Infectious Diseases.
