Tukundane Benson is an Administrator in the Directorate of Higher Degrees and Research, and an Assistant Lecturer at Kampala International University (KIU). Prior to that, he was an Administrator, Open and Distance Learning at the same institution from 2011 to 2015, and an Administrative Assistant from 2008 to 2011.
Benson is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Management, but holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kampala International University (KIU) Uganda. He also holds a Diploma in Secondary Education from Kyambogo University. Benson holds a Certificate in Research Writing in the Sciences from AuthorAID Online Course, and a Certificate of Appreciation for successful organization of the Uganda Vice Chancellors Forum Conference and Certificate of Training in Quantitative Research Methods and Data Analysis from Kampala International University.
He has carried out research on “Computerized Accounting Systems and Service Delivery in Small Businesses”: A Case Study of Supermarkets in Kansanga - Makindye Division (December 2010), on Working Capital Management and Business Success”: A Case study of Manufacturing Firms in Kampala District. (December 2013), and is currently researching “Innovation Practices and Growth of Small and Medium Enterprises in Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area”
Benson enjoys Reading extensively (novels, news papers, magazines, journals etc), Watching soccer, movies, Making friends, Art and design, and Listening to music in his free time.
