Ogaga Augustina Dafiewhare

Lecturer

DAFIEWHARE OGAGA AUGUSTINA is a Lecturer at Kampala International University-Western Campus, Ishaka.  

Augustina is currently a PhD candidate majoring in Educational Management and Administration (PhDMEMA). She holds a Master of Education in Educational Management and Administration (MED), and a Bachelor of Education (BED)  from Kampala International University. 

She has written a number of articles and published in reputable journals like the Journal of Education & Vocational Studies, and the Journal of Education Research and Rula Community Development to mention but a few.  

Currently, she is carrying out research on the use of time and academic performance of secondary school students in Bushenyi District Uganda and the performance management and job performance of secondary school teachers in Greater Bushenyi, Uganda.
