Kasumba Andrew Buyondo is a very accomplished civil Engineer and a Mechanical Engineering lecturer by profession. He attained his Bachelors in Agricultural Engineering from Makerere University and is pursuing a Masters in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Mechanical Science, which he has just completed and is awaiting results, also from Makerere University. Part from this, he has vast experience working in Academia, as he has at some point on this journey been a teaching and learning coordinator, recess tutor and now part time not only at Kampala International University but in other reputable organizations as well.
His areas of specialization include; Computer Aided Design, Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, Engineering materials, Production planning, Production technology and Work practice -Welding/ Automotive Engineering. In addition, he is a recipient of the prestigious,” The Africa Center of Excellence in Materials, Product Development and Nanotechnology (MAPRONANO ACE) Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering of Makerere University grant” for the year 2018.
With all his strong foundation and vast experience in the field of civil Engineering, he is in the right position to guide and shape the minds of the future as well as creating sustainable solutions for a better, Uganda, Africa and the world at large here at KIU where we continue to explore the heights!
