Ayebazibwe Wilber is the Head of Quality Assurance Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Section at Kampala International University (KIU). He has gathered quite the experience in developing Quality Assurance tools for Day/Evening/Weekend programmes, supervising the evaluation of the performance of teaching and non-teaching staff, producing lecturers and students’ evaluation reports every semester from collected survey, analysing daily monitored data and producing monthly reports by using SPSS, Epi Info and STATA, while also monitoring the teaching and learning environment and attendance of students, teaching and non-teaching staff. He has also worked as a Monitoring Officer at the KIU Customer Care and Bursary Office. Wilber was awarded the Degree of Master of Business Administration - (Finance and Accounting), and a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration: Finance and Accounting, from Kampala International University.
In 2017, he attained a Certificate of Directorate of Quality Assurance Outstanding Employee of the Year. He has also attended workshops and received training on industrial training and internship, and Quality Assurance Sensitization under the theme: ‘Creating Awareness of Quality Assurance in Higher Institutions of Learning’ at Kampala International University.
Wilber has excellent communication skills, leadership skills, is good at research and report writing, is a team player, an excellent time manager, understands office operations, and has good monitoring standards. He also has an excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction.
During his leisure time, he likes reading, researching, listening to music, running, playing and watching soccer, creating new friendships and taking walks.
