Annah Katushabe is a Library Attendant at Kampala International University-Western Campus. (KIU). She has more than five years of experience in Library user registration and issuing of library cards, general shelving of books in both open and closed access sections of the library, weeding of the library holdings, general circulation of books, newspapers at the reference and circulation desk, and documentation of research reports for both graduate and undergraduate students.
Annah is a Library and Information science professional with excellent organizational and team working skills. She is competent in various library and information management fields.
She holds a Diploma in Library and Information Science from Ankole Western University, and a Certificate in Library and Information Science from Kampala International University.
Annah is proficient in computer skills, internet searching tools, and presentation, and has also developed the ability to produce reports and presentations to a professional standard whilst prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. She gains experience in the field of Library Information by carrying out her responsibilities that include Accessioning, classification, cataloging, dissemination, reference and circulation, and retrieval.
During her free time, she likes to interact with different cultures to understand different biodiversities, and also enjoys playing and listening to music which helps her think clearly.
