Shida Susan is an assistant lecturer at Kampala International from the College of Education, Open and Distance E-Learning. I have a Master of Education in Educational management Administration. I teach history and foundations.

I’m a good listener and therefore a counselor whose work is not only to teach but also help my clients cope with the unfair situations they at times experience in day to day life.

I am flexible and willing to learn new things if it is what will move me to another level in performance. I am God fearing, whose desire is to carry out instruction while sharing religious beliefs and virtues to the people in my work environment.

I am a diligently, organized and reliably hard worker.

When faced with some few problems and challenges I at times try to persevere through if it is the only way I will achieve my personal, as well as the goals of the organization for which I work.

I am self-motivated and willing to sacrifice the little of what I earn to solve some of the problems at my place of work if it is what will move the organization to another level.

Quality assurance is my conviction and I try to compare the quality of my products with that from top organizations offering similar services and i have always achieved it.

I derive satisfaction from client satisfaction and from experience.

I try to apply the content I use for carrying out instruction to undertake relevant research and solve educational problems.
