Christine Ainebyoona is a dedicated academic professional and administrator with a strong background in development studies. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Kampala International University (KIU), adding to her robust academic qualifications, including a Master of Arts in Development Studies (2013) from KIU Dar es Salaam Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies (2010) from KIU Western Campus. Her academic journey underscores her commitment to advancing knowledge and professional growth.
With over a decade of experience in academic administration, Christine has held several key roles at KIU. Currently serving as Campus Administrator, she oversees academic delivery, research activities, and quality reporting to ensure effective university management. Previously, she was the Head of the Department of Public Administration and Development Studies, providing leadership in curriculum development, student achievement, and departmental operations. Her earlier roles include Examinations Coordinator and Teaching and Learning Coordinator, demonstrating her versatility and dedication to educational excellence.
Christine is skilled in research supervision, curriculum management, and team leadership. She brings strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to her roles.
