Cynthia Kamasaka is an experienced administrative, marketing, customer care, and records management professional with a strong background in institutional leadership, client service, data management, and operational coordination. She currently serves as Director of Marketing, Bursaries and Customer Care at Kampala International University, bringing to the role a broad blend of customer engagement, administrative efficiency, and strategic coordination experience.

Over the years, Cynthia has built a diverse career across higher education, public service, banking, aviation records management, and community skilling programmes. She previously served as Hub Manager for Tooro Sub Region Industrial Hub, where she oversaw staff and trainee welfare, coordinated operations, maintained discipline and safety standards, prepared reports, and worked closely with district and regional stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery.

Her earlier experience includes roles as Collateral Data Clerk at Stanbic Bank Uganda, Records Officer at Uganda Air Cargo Corporation, and Sales Administrator/Records Officer at Service and Computer Industries (NCR). These roles strengthened her expertise in records and information management, customer support, report preparation, data accuracy, document processing, office administration, and compliance with organisational procedures.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Library and Information Science from Makerere University, a Diploma in Travel and Tourism, and a Certificate in Air Reservation and Global Fares. She is recognised for her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer care orientation, attention to detail, adaptability, good computer skills, and ability to work effectively in teams. She also communicates in English, Runyoro-Rutooro, Runyankore-Rukiga, and Luganda.
