General objective
The Overall aim of this programme is to produce competent managers and administrators with adequate knowledge, skills and expertise to meet the challenges of a developing country.

Specific objectives
The objectives of this programme are to:

• Produce graduates who have deep theoretical knowledge in the subject area of specialization.
• Enable students appreciate the challenges in managing both public and private sectors’ programmes and projects and find feasible solutions to the never ending challenges of society.
• To prepare and develop graduates for a career in departments of government, politics, administration and management and private industry.
