KIU, Main Campus- The King of Tooro Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi iv will be the guest of honour at the KIU Law finalists dinner at Hotel Africana, Kampala, today 5th November 2021. The highly anticipated fiesta is expected to create a strong bond between law finalists, legal experts professionals and other high-profile members of society.

Running under the theme, "official summons tupate", today's Law finalists dinner is such special that so many distinguished personalities from all ends of life are expected to attend in person.

The world's youngest reigning monarch, King Oyo will share a VIP bench with law gladiators like Hon. Jackson Kafuuzi, deputy attorney general for the government of Uganda, leader of Opposition in parliament Hon.Mathias Mpuuga.Hon.Justice Eldad Mwangutsya among others.

 According to the chairperson organising committee, Joseph Nsabiyunva, today's dinner will only be attended by fourth-year law students in the class of 2017-2021.

The finalist law dinner is a function for KIU fourth-year students only. Those who belong to the class of 2017-2021," Nsabiyunva told this website in a virtual interview.

"And I am happy to inform you that, Emeritus Justice of the high court, Hon. Justice Eldad Mwangutsya will be one of the notable guests to grace our çeremony," he added with utter excitement.

Other notables highly expected to attend today's grand dinner include Hon. Derrick Nyeko, area MP.Makindye East, Counsel Elison Karuhanga, Partner KAA and several legal scholars and lecturers.
