Kampala International University (KIU) on Saturday 17th November, 2018 conducted her 19th graduation ceremony, as over 3,700 students were awarded undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. The ceremony took place at her main campus in Kansanga, Ggaba Road, Kampala. Notable personalities that graced the occasion were the University Chancellor, Prof. John Sebuwufu; the Honourable Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs for Uganda, Major General (Rtd.) Kahinda Otafiire, who was also the Guest of Honour, among others. Among the graduating students, six were awarded doctorate degrees (PhDs), and 36 students graduated with first-class degrees at different levels.
