The Mevlana Exchange program between Kampala International University and the Gaziosmanpasa University,  Turkey supports Staff and Students Exchange aimed at building capacities across the two universities. Students from Kampala International University get to spend one (minimum) or two (maximum) terms on the program and academic staff may lecture from one week (minimum) to three months (maximum). The Mevlana collaboration contributes in no small measure to the globalization of higher education and serves as a pipeline for historical and cultural exchanges between the host countries.
