The government of the Federal Government of Nigeria shall deploy Technical Aid Corps (TAC) volunteers to KIU with aim:-
- assisting in meeting the assessed and perceived manpower needs,
- sharing Nigeria’s experienced and expertise on manpower,
- facilitating meaningful contacts between youths of Nigeria and KIU and promoting cooperation,
- understanding for the involved recipient. (KIU).
