KIU, Main Campus-KIU Titans made it five wins in a row with a hard-fought 74-66 win against UPDF Tomahawks on Wednesday night at the MTN Arena in Lugogo. This victory saw the Titans move up to second on the NBL men's ladder with 36 points.

Fidel Okoth Odour stood out to inspire the Titans with a touch of class, scoring the game's highest,18 points,17 rebounds and three assists. His efforts were supported by the elusive Josep Chuma who posted 15 points and led the rebounders table with 20 rebounds.

Isaiah Mabeny Ater continued with his impressive form and had 18 points and six rebounds to his name while Ahmed Kassa magnificently added four threes to the tally and as well proved his return to form with somewhat spectacular dribbles and movements.

UPDF started strongly and won the first quarter of the game which prompted a bitter response from the KIU Titans though the game remained tight until the last second on the clock.
