KIU, Main Campus-KIU Titans finally got to the right way of things when they beat newly promoted Rezlife Saints 74-54 at YMCA Court in Wandegeya. This was the team's second game of the season having lost the opening fixture against City Oilers.

The Titans began the game on a high and looked hungrier and more determined though the Saints remained close in the contest until the fourth quarter when they were totally outwitted by the Titans.

Before Saturday's display, the entire Titans team was far better than that displayed in the opening fixture though there were questions about the team's rebounding. The main big men, Stanley Mugerwa and Amisi Saidi Carmelo managing only seven rebounds each on Saturday.

Rezlife Saints picked 68 rebounds and the Titans managed only 45. This was the only thing that left the team's management infuriated though according to KIU Titans coach, Raymond Muhumuza, Saturday's approach was simply professional.

"Today was another Professional performance from the boys. Some good highs and some terrible Lows. We are Building a Formidable Force, it takes time though," Coach Raymond Muhumuza said in a post-game interview.

"We however understand what is expected of us and strongly believe we are taking the right steps to achieve what we want to achieve this year," he added.

Before Saturday's encounter, there was talk about the Titans lacking an elite Point Guard and that has now been put into history archives with the arrival of Joel Banza. This new boy Joel Banza was incredible to watch in his debut game and has the potential to do better things for KIU Titans.

Apart from Banza's amazing start to life as a Titan, there were some other eye-catching individual displays like the heart-stopping nutmegs by the free-flowing Ochera, many times leaving the crowd at YMCA in awe.
