KIU, Western Campus – KIU Western Campus is currently receiving new students for the January intake 2024 to help them settle in as they prepare to begin their studies.

The activity is being coordinated by the Directorate of Student Affairs, also the Directorate of Admissions, and administrators from Schools and Colleges are involved.

The new students are being received outside the Administration Block, where representatives from Schools and Faculties are giving the students guidelines on how to register for their different Schools/Faculties.

According to the Dean of Students Affairs (DSA),  Ms. Flora Bamutura, the exercise is going well so far without any glitches as of today.

“The exercise of receiving the new students of the January intake is going well so far. We have coordinated well with the different Faculty Administrators and the Admissions Department to ensure that we register the students” Ms. Bamutura said.

The exercise began on Saturday, January 27th, 2024, and will be completed today, January 29th, 2024, when most of the students are expected to conclude their registration.
