KIU, Western Campus – Yesterday, some succumbed to the temptation that President Yoweri Museveni would finally end the lockdown. Well, here we are with roughly two weeks to the end of 21 day lockdown that our good president set upon us last week.

Alfred Omwony, a student of medicine advises that indulging in self-help books is a good way to spend time in this great lockdown. However, he is not talking about ordinary books, he specifically recommends audiobooks, which are voice recordings of the text of the book that you listen to in place of reading. Audio books come in two varieties, exact word for word or abridged versions. They can be listened to on your phone, mp3 player, computers and cars.

To try audiobooks, you can log on to Amazon's "Audible" which is a digital library for audio books. We came up with a list of five self-help books that you may find interesting.
