Philosophy
The Faculty of Biomedical Sciences regards each student as a unique individual who brings to the learning environment certain strengths and ideas. It is the role of the School to assist students to actualize their strengths. The School ensures that the educational experiences of the students culminate into productive graduates who can contribute positively to the overall wellbeing of society. Holistic development and a strong positive intellectual development is what the School strives to inculcate in each student.
The School aims at training Biomedical Scientists who are conversant with health problems of the communities they will serve and who have the knowledge, skills and appropriate attitude to enable them provide quality Biomedical Sciences services and research to achieve health for all.
