Akiteng Immaculate is the current Head of Computer Science and an Assistant Lecturer  in the Department of Computer Science, School of Mathematics and Computing, at Kampala International University. She has tremendous experience as a Teaching Assistant, prior to her current position. 

She has a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor in Computer Engineering, which she obtained from Kampala International University. Her areas of specialization are Information Systems, Information Security and Computer Security. She has research interest mainly in the aspect of security, especially Information Security in organizations.

Akiteng is well on her way in Academia as she is passionate about learning and imparting knowledge in her students and these qualities, indeed, put her in the right position to shape the future rightly here at Kampala International University, where we keep exploring the heights!
