Aisha Najjuma is a Human Resource Officer at the Kampala International University (KIU). With over four years of experience, she has been able to assist in Human Resource planning to avoid overstaffing or understaffing of employees in the university. She is also responsible for the payroll adjustment and taxes at the university, and has assisted in the coordination and execution of staff recruitment and selection process. 

Aisha holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource) and a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration (Human Resource) both from Islamic University in Uganda. 

She has worked as an Admissions Officer and a Lecturer at Kampala University Ggaba. She has also worked as a Sales Assistant at First Insurance Company Ltd in Bwaise. 

Aisha possesses excellent communication skills, great interpersonal skills, is proficient in computer skills, can work under minimal supervision, and is also a team player. She is hardworking, self- motivated, and ethical with excellent leadership and organizational skills
