Agatha Neema is a Librarian at Kampala International University (KIU) Kampala, with over eight years of experience in developing and operating online and offline references, and circulating services in line with modern library trends within automated systems. He also provides assistance through advisory services to encourage formal and informal publicity of the library throughout the university and beyond and other library-related works.   She holds a Masterscâ?¬â?c Degree in Information Systems Management from Kampala International University Dar-es-Salaam Campus, and a Bachelorscâ?¬â?c Degree in Library and Information Science from Makerere University.  

Neema has worked with the university as a Reference and Circulation Librarian she has also worked with the National Library of Uganda as a volunteer. She has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is quick and eager to learn new things, is selfmotivated, and can work under less or no supervision. She can also comfortably work in a team and follow guidelines and procedures. Neema is a result-driven individual who seeks for opportunities to apply her experience in Information Management.  

During her leisure time, Agatha likes discovering new things, dealing with calculations, reading varied literature, travelling, and exploring different sites and sounds.
