Ms. Kobuhumure Barbra is a Computer Laboratory Technician at Kampala International University-Western Campus (KIU-WC). Prior to this, she worked as a Computer Laboratories Supervisor, an E-Learning platform Coordinator, and a Computer Lab Attendant, all at the Western Campus.

She holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Diploma in Computer Science from Kampala International University. For her Secondary education, she went to Masheruka Secondary School where she attained her Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) and her Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE).

She has participated in a number of workshops/trainings including a training on scalable campus network design by Research and Education Network for Uganda (RENU) in 2019. She also completed an online training in Digital Skills for Africa by Google on 05/10/2018, attended an online Network Operations Training by RENU (Research & Education Network for Uganda) in 2018, and facilitated in a Computer Applications Training and also attended the Customer Service Excellence training at KIU in 2014.
