Mugume Tom is the Head of Department Human Resource & supply Management in the College of Economics & Management at Kampala International University. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing Option) and a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing Management both from Kampala International University.

Mugume has served in different positions such as College Administrator College of Economics & Management (2015), Assistant Head department of Marketing and procurement (2012/13), Teaching Assistant (2011) at Kampala International University

He has published a journal “Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Skills among Postgraduate students at Kampala International University, Published in Saudi Journal of Business and Management Studies ISSN 2415-6671(Online) & ISSN 2415-6663.

He loves reading literature and making new friends.
