NASSANDE JANET is the Personal Assistant to the Chancellor Kampala International University. Prior to that, she was a Lecturer in the College of Education Open, Distance and E-Learning Department of Distance learning from 2013 to 2014, and an Administrator College of Higher Degrees and Research from 2010 to 2011 at the same institution.

Janet holds a Masters in Human Rights and Development, a Bachelor of Development Studies, and a Certificate in Computer Application from Kampala International University. She also holds a Diploma in Business Studies from YMCA Comprehensive Institute. She holds a Certificate in Customer Service Excellence and a Certificate in Computer Application from Kampala International University.

Janet enjoys meeting new challenges and seeing them through to completion while remaining confident and good humored under pressure. She adapts well to new situations and consistently works effectively as a team member. She is also a hardworking, self-motivated and responsible person with articulate and outgoing.
