Master of Education in Educational Administration and Management

The overriding objective of this programme is to train competent teachers, educationists, educational managers, administrators and planners who will be able to theoretically and professionally solve intra-and inter-societal educational-related problems in the light of the increasing educational challenges at local, regional and international levels. At the end of the programme, students would be able to put into practice the skills and experience they acquire in their various organizations during the training.

The specific objectives of the programme include:

1. To produce graduates who have deep theoretical knowledge in educational management and administration.
2. To prepare graduates to meet the challenges of education at intra- and inter-regional levels.
3. To offer students an opportunity to obtain advanced training in the fields related to educational management, administration and planning.
4. To enable students to appreciate the challenges of professional teaching and find solutions to the revealing challenges.
5. To produce graduates who have favourable dispositions that will enhance efficiency in the management and administration of educational systems.
