Kampala International University has formalized a collaboration, with Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT), Changa, Gujarat, India,  through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at exploring possible areas of research collaboration and scholarly exchange among their students, faculty members, departments and research institutes.

The MoU covers areas such as Joint Research activities, Exchange of Academic materials and academic publications, exchange of faculty members for research, lectures and discussions and Exchange of students for study and research.
