Ms. Juliet Ampaire

Juliet Ampaire is a Senior Campus Administrator and a Lecturer of Geography in the Faculty of Education at Kampala International University (KIU) Western Campus. She has provided leadership and supervisory oversight to finance and general administration departments, developed and implemented sound financial and administrative policies needed by the university to realize its mission and strategic objectives, and ensured effective accountability to the Vice Chancellor for proper management and implementation of activities in Administration and Finance within the university for three years. She is also the Director of studies at Apostles of Jesus Christ Duluti Arusha, the Head of Department at Ntinda View College Kampala, and the Headteacher Universal Girls High School.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Governance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology in Nairobi Kenya, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education ( Hons) from Makerere University in Kampala Uganda. She also obtained a Certificate in Leadership Skills from Asante Africa, a Certificate in the Swahili Language from Beginners MSTCDC, a Certificate in Computer Applications, a Certificate in Public Administration and Management, and a Certificate in Leadership Skills.

As a Senior Campus Administrator, Ampaire has bridged the gap between students and lecturers through listening to their problems and acting upon them or forwarding them to the relevant offices. She has also ensured that policies are streamlined and implemented as required.

Ampaire has excellent leadership and communication skills, is a good manager and administrator of educational facilities and programs, and is excellent at curriculum development. She is a strong team player who is self-motivated and pays great attention to detail.

She works diligently to deliver effective and efficient organizational results in challenging leadership positions in both public and non-state organizations in the field of development, education, human resource development, leadership, and management.
