All prospective graduands of the 31st Graduation ceremony are hereby advised to abide by the following important timelines/activities prior to the graduation ceremony.
20th Jan 2025 - 31st May 2025
Final Clearance
Graduands are expected to:
* Clear Academically
* Clear Financially
* Verify entry qualifications
13th Jan 2025 - 24th April 2025
Postgraduate Viva Voce
All Postgraduate final defense / Viva prior to June 2025 graduation ends.
3rd Feb 2025 - 3rd Mar 2025
Registration for Special Examinations
Graduands with less than 50% failed units in their final Semester are expected to register such units for special examinations towards graduation
1st Mar 2025 - 31st May 2025
Issuance of Gowns/Invitation Cards/Stickers
All Graduands that are cleared to graduate are expected to pick up their graduation gowns/Invitation cards/stickers from the Directorate of Students’ Affairs
15th May 2025 - 15th May 2025
Special Senate
Senate approval of the final batch of the 31st Graduation lists.
31st May 2025 - 3lst May 2025
Close of the 31st Graduation Book
Final compilation of all graduation lists
14th June 2025
31st Graduation Ceremony
31st Graduation day
