KIU, Western Campus – The Association of Medical Students of KIU (AMSKIU) Annual Medical Dinner 2023, a mainstay on the KIU Western Campus social calendar, goes down tomorrow August 26 at Western Meridian Hotel in Bushenyi Town.

The Dinner, which is being held under the theme, “Dine Beyond Medicine,” will bring together all medical students of KIU Western Campus, staff and administrators.

According to the president of AMSKIU, Amon Nkwasiibwe, the dinner is not only about eating, drinking and dancing.

“The medical dinner is meant to bring together all medical students, have professional exchanges and build up social capital as part of the journey of grooming a great medical doctor,” Nkwasiibwe told this website.

He added that the dinner will capture creativity, fun and the power beyond a medic, and it will have a red carpet session, the crowning of Mr. and Miss Medicine plus a live band and surprise artiste.

Other activities to expect are a sumptuous dinner, medical professional engagements, photography and awards and certificates.

The event kicks off at 6:00 pm and ends at 9:30 pm.
