KIU, Main Campus-Amos Munezero Nemeye graduate student of Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration is basking in happiness after confirming that his academic dream will become true this Saturday during KIU's 26th graduation ceremony.

With smiles all over his face, Munezero excitedly gave his gown a taste immediately after clearing with the office of student’s affairs. He said he will never forget November 2022.

"This month has begun on a breathtaking note and will turn historic starting the twelfth day. At the beginning, I checked the website and found my name cleared for graduation after several attempts," he said.

"I am really happy that hardwork has finally paid off," he said.

Munerezo disclosed that he is now looking at how to celebrate after being conferred on Saturday

"I am very happy that I am graduating this Saturday and all I'm thinking about now is how to celebrate but what I can tell you is that there must be a party," he said.

"I would like to thank my parents for everything they have done to see me this far, my friend Madam Phionah Kiwowa, a physical planner at Mubende district, her staff, fellow staff, and head of department Social work and Social administration," he acknowledged.
