KIU, Western Campus – Racheal Puche, an Administrative Assistant at KIU Western Campus, calls herself a “God-fearing woman of Christ”, and it is in that line that she wants to excel wholly as a human being so that she can impact on whatever community she lives in.
“Five years from now, you will see a Racheal with a PhD, which will aid me in impacting on communities through good service delivery for the better good,” Puche says.
Puche, who is also pursuing a Master’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration at KIU Western Campus, joined KIU in December 2021 and she says it has been a very good experience thus far.
“It is an everyday experience. I get to learn new things everyday and I get to know how to handle every challenge in the right way. It has really been a life-changing experience,” she reveals.
“Academically, I am a student aiming for the greater horizons and exploring the most dizzying heights since I am in the number one private university in Uganda,” Puche adds.
Puche, who says she spends her free time “meditating on the word of God”, advises fellow staff to be work efficient and effectively deliver results.
She also advises fellow students to stay focused and to seek God for guidance because with him everything is possible.
