Following the directives by H.E. The President of the Republic of Uganda on the reopening of higher institutions of learning with effect from 1st November 2021. I wish to inform the first-year students (Freshers) for the 2021/2022 Academic Year, that they are expected to report for commencement of studies on 20th November 2021.

You are advised to comply with the reporting date, vaccination requirements and compliance with the standard operating procedures as set by the Ministry of Health and other related University based and government authorities in order to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
