Ainembabazi Rosette is an Assistant Lecturer at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration at Kampala International University (KIU). Prior to this, she was the Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Social Sciences in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration. From 2009 to 2010, she worked as the Acting Head of Department- Social Work and Social Administration, then from 2011 to 2013 she was the Personal Assistant to the Principal. She has also worked as the College Administrator at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at KIU.
Rosette holds a Masters Degree (MA PPM) and a Bachelorscâ?¬â?c Degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Kampala International University. She also obtained her Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education and her Uganda Certificate of Education from Kinyasano Girls High School in 2007 and 2003 respectively.
She carried out research on Child Welfare Organizations and promotion of disadvantaged childrencâ?¬â?cs education in Uganda: A case of Compassion International-Aided Projects in Rukungiri District- Western Uganda for her MA Thesis and on the Perception of the Community towards the Rights of Children in Uganda: A case study of Rujumbura County- Rukungiri District for her BA Dissertation.
Rosette has got very impressive problems solving skills, procurement skills, communication skills, documentation skills, and computer basic skills.
