Luggya
Herbert is an assistant lecturer in the college of management
sciences, department of economics and applied statistics since 2015.
He
holds a master of science in statistics degree (2013) from Kampala
International University and a Bachelor’s Degree (1980) from
Makerere University.
He
is the current patron of Kampala International University Economics
and Statistics Students’ Association.
He
was the District Technical Officer for Lyantonde District during the
National Population and Housing Census, 2014.
He
was the vice president of the Uganda Statistics Society for 2014-2016
and the President for 2017-2018.
He
has supervised a number of students in the Economics and Statistics
Department at bachelor’s level.
He
is interested in research in the Fields of Statistics, Economics and
Bio-Statistics.
