Mr. Michael Nsereko is a lecturer at Kampala international university at the Faculty of Business and management.
He is a Masters of Human Resource Management (Plan A) between 2012-2016 from Makerere University and a Bachelor’s of Art with Education 2009 and
Mr. Nsereko has done various publications towards the contribution of work characteristics and risk propensity in explaining pro – social rule breaking among teachers in Wakiso District, Uganda. He published in the (SAJIP) south Africa journal of industrial psychology: Vol43 (2017), 11pages, Doi: 10.4102/SAJIP v.43.10/368.
He also supervised 11 students of Bachelors of Business Administration and Bachelors of Human Resource Management from 2017 to date at Kampala International University.
He is also part timing as a lecturer at Hillside college – Mityana and Labor college of east Africa Namuwongo where he is currently the head of department at Humanities Hillside college Mityana.
