Shida Susan is an assistant lecturer at Kampala International from the College of Education, Open and Distance E-Learning. I have a Master of Education in Educational management Administration. I teach history and foundations.

Icâ?¬â?cm a good listener and therefore a counselor whose work is not only to teach but also help my clients cope with the unfair situations they at times experience in day to day life.

I am flexible and willing to learn new things if it is what will move me to another level in performance. I am God fearing, whose desire is to carry out instruction while sharing religious beliefs and virtues to the people in my work environment.

When faced with some few problems and challenges I at times try to persevere through if it is the only way I will achieve my personal, as well as the goals of the organization for which I work.
