Kabagambe Francis Comet is an Assistant Lecturer at Kampala International University. Prior to that, he was a Teaching Assistant at the same university from 2011 to 2014. He has also worked with AVARTS Housing LTD as the Human Resource Administrator from 2009 to 2011.

Francis holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Education from Makerere University Business School. He also holds a Masters of Business Psychology, and a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Makerere University. Francis holds a Masters in Business administration from Kampala International University.

He has carried on research under procurement planning on value for money among selected districts in Southern Province, Rwanda (2019) and published in the Journal of Research in Business and Management. He has also participated in the programme structure for Bachelor of human resource management of Kampala International University.

His research interests in positive meaning and meaningfulness of work, job crafting, workplace design, and employee wellbeing, and positive emotional climate and organizational resilience.
