Joshua Tenywa is an IT Technician at Kampala International University (KIU). He is an openminded employee with a proven track record in Desktop Support, Data Entry Records, creating databases, data backups, troubleshooting of hardware, software and networking problems, customer care service, and cryptography. He Previously served as Assistant Data entry personnel at Samaritanc�?��?cs Purseandasan; a Desktop support at Blue Horizon Infosys, where he carried out various IT trainings for users phone handling, customer care service, inventory management, Configuration of Cisco and D-Link a network Switches, Routers, Firewall and Wireless Access Points and IT services, before joining KIU in 2017.
Tenywa holds a Bachelors Degree of Computer Science with Engineering from KIU. He also has and Advanced Certificate in ICT and Health Leadership from International Health Science University, and a Cisco Certified Networking Academy (CCNA) from Monaco Institute. He has also trained for project management with Liraccoe Ltd and has strong technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. He has over time accumulated practical experience in Information Technology; in 2013, he worked as an IT Administrator at Alam Group of Companies, and in 2014, he was a Syste Administrator for Blue Horizon Infosys.
