Mr. Ibrahim Sserebe is the Executive Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor, Kampala International University (KIU). Over 4 years, he has been handling the day-to-day affairs of the office of the Vice-Chancellor KIU. Mr. Ibrahim is a critical thinker and self-driven professional that applies a mature approach to life and always eager to attain new knowledge.

He is a graduate of Information Technology and currently pursuing Masters of Science in Computing. Mr. Ibrahim was trained as a project manager at the National Institute of Small Business Development (Niesbud), New Delhi India. 

As a recipient of India-Africa Forum Summit (IAFS) Scholarship, he was trained in managing ICT and data processing projects, Linux and Windows Server Administration from the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) India.
