Oketch Chrisostom is a Lecturer in the Department of Political and Administrative Studies, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Kampala International University.

He was awarded his PhD in Management Science (emphasis on Public Management) at Kampala International University in 2012, a Master of Arts in Public Administration and Management from Uganda Management Institute in 2018, Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Kampala International University in 2008 and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration in 2005 from Kampala International University, Uganda.

His research interest includes governance and service delivery, decentralization and service delivery, accountability in the public sector, monitoring and evaluation of Government programs, and public sector management. Dr. Oketch has published far and wide in these areas. Hence, he is readily prepared to contribute to shaping the current and future students as the Institution continues to explore the heights.
