Ms. Arinaitwe Winfred is currently an assistant lecturer in the School of Mathematics and Computing, Kampala International University, a PhD candidate in Management Information Systems (2023-2026) with a Master’s of Science in Information Systems (2018) and Bachelors of Information Technology (2010) of Kampala International University. She attained Professional trainings such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Associate Instructors course and SPSS/STATA from Monaco Labs and Makerere University respectively. Arinaitwe Winfred has seven (7) years of experience in university teaching since 2015 such as Great Lakes Regional University, Team University and Kampala International University, eleven years of experience in other computing fields like Computer systems maintenance, Network design and Maintenance in local Governments of Kanungu, Rukungiri and Ntungamo Districts and ICT standardization with Uganda National Bureau of Standards boards. Arinaitwe Winfred has published and co-published in areas of Information systems and health informatics that is, Integrated Financial Management Information Systems Success Factors in Selected Local Governments Districts of Kanungu and Rukungiri in International Journal of Scientific Engineering and Science (IJSES), volume 2, issue 7, 2018 and Drivers of tracking administration of malaria drugs in health units in Uganda. a descriptive and correctional study in student’s journal of health research Africa (SJHRAfrica) volume 3i3.100 respectively Arinaitwe Winfred has attended conferences both locally, internationally and has supervised many bachelors’ students’ research projects to completion. Arinaitwe Winfred is a Member of African Women in Technology (AWIT), a member of African Women in Higher Education Network (WoHEN), a member UNBS Technical Committee 413 - Governance of Organizations, a member of UNBS/Technical Committee 417 Urban Planning and Sustainable Development- ICT for Smart Cities Arinaitwe Winfred currently teaches Fundamentals of Information Technology, Computer Systems Maintenance, Introduction to Computer Science and Applications in school of mathematics and computing at Kampala International University.
