Namatta Irene Lilian serves as an Assistant Lecturer from the Department of Human Resource and Supply Management, College of Economics and Management at Kampala International University.

She holds a Master’s degree of Arts in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Kampala International University, and a Certificate in Administrative Officer’s Law Course from the Law Development Centre.

Namatta has served in different positions such as Departmental Examination Coordinator, Teaching and Learning Coordinator, and Teaching Assistant, all at the Department of Human Resource and Supply Management.

She is self-driven, and time-conscious, has good interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.
