Ms. Mary Baineamasanyu is the assistant lecturer and the head of department of Business Administration at Kampala International University (KIU), Western Campus.

She is a PhD candidate in Business Management. She has a Master of Business Administration (Finance and Banking) both awarded by KIU, and a Bachelor of commerce (Finance) from Makerere University in.

She has more than 10 years of experience in teaching which she has accumulated over time. Between April 2007 to Nov. 2011, she served as a teaching assistant at KIU western campus. 

Between 2006-2007, Mary was a cashier at Rushere Co-operative Savings and Credit Society Ltd in Kiruhura District.
