Jenniffer Arinaitwe is an Administrative Assistant at Kampala International University (KIU). She has over 10 years of experience in doing administrative work. She has worked as an Administrative Secretary at Standard High Zzana, and as a Manager at Pettena Investments Limited.  

Jenniffer holds a Post Graduate Diploma Human Resource Management and a Bachelorsc�?��?c Degree in Public Administration from Kampala International University. She also holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies. She has excellent leadership skills, is computer literate, has excellent interpersonal and customer relations, is solution-oriented, and is also good at planning and implementation.   She is highly motivated and self-driven to execute tasks successfully in a sensitive environment. She is also an excellent team player who is able to communicate effectively with the public, internal and external publics of the university, as well as various stakeholders in the wider community. Jenniffer likes spending her leisure time-solving problems, travelling to new places, whilst interacting with and meeting new people.
