Dr E.O Oladunmoye is a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Applied Psychology at Kampala International University. He holds a Ph.D in Test and Measurement from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where he also obtained his M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology (with bias in Assessment and Testing) and B.Ed. in Guidance and Counselling/Mathematics.
He has over 10 years of teaching and research experience, focusing on psychometrics and quantitative and qualitative analysis. He is also skilled in web development and e-learning technologies.
He has published more than 14 research papers in reputable journals, covering topics such as social provision, psychological adjustment, parent-child relationships, sexual abuse, and effective teaching strategies. He has also participated in several conferences, workshops, and trainings, both locally and internationally.
He is a member of the Nigerian Psychological Association, the International Association of Applied Psychology, and the African Association of Psychologists.
Dr Oladunmoye is passionate about advancing the field of psychology and contributing to the development of society. He is committed to mentoring and inspiring his students and colleagues, as well as collaborating with other researchers and stakeholders.
